Recently, the card issuer dropped some nice offers, perfect for triple-stacking this season! Remember, these offers are targeted, so make sure they’re available in your account before proceeding.

Here’s how I stacked mine and snagged the Amazon Echo Show 10 for just $39.01 plus 3,665 points and $7.50 in Dell Rewards!

Why I Keep This Premier Travel Card

The card I used for this deal comes with a hefty $695 annual fee, which understandably gives many people pause. However, it’s an absolute keeper in my wallet. The card offers over $1,400 in credits annually, not to mention perks like lounge access, elite hotel and car rental status, and more.

Making the Most of the Dell Semi-Annual Credit

This card offers a $200 Dell credit every six months, totaling $400 annually. Earlier this year, I used it to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Smart Watch. I’ve gotten Bose headphones, a gaming chair for my office, and premium speakers in previous years.

For this cycle, I decided to go with the Amazon Echo Show 10, which retails for $249.99. Using a combination of issuer offers and other perks, I paid just $39.01 out-of-pocket, earned 3,663 points, and received $7.50 in Dell Rewards for future use.

Here are some important things to keep in mind to ensure you’re getting the most out of this benefit:

• Enrollment is required: You must enroll in the Dell program first via your online account to activate the credit.
• Use your premier travel card: The credit is applied as a statement credit after you’ve made the eligible purchase with the card.
• Multiple payment methods allowed: You can split your purchase between up to three payment methods, which is perfect for those who hold more than one of these cards or have offers on various cards.

How I Triple-Stacked My Dell Purchase

1. Issuer Offers:
   • 10% off purchases up to $1,000
   • 1 additional point per $1 spent, earning 2.5x points on this purchase
2. Rakuten Portal:
   • I activated 12% cash back/12x Membership Rewards points through Rakuten (if you’re not signed up, earn $40/4,000 points here), earning an extra 3,000 points.

     

3. Dell Credit:
   • The $200 Dell credit covered most of the cost.

Final Cost Breakdown:

• Retail price: $249.99
• Taxes and fees: $15.62
• Total Cost: $265.61
• Additional 10% Offer Credit: $26.56
• Total out-of-pocket cost: $39.01 (plus 3,665 points earned)

4. Dell Rewards:
   • Earned an additional $7.50 in Dell Rewards to apply toward my next purchase.

Important Note on the Dell Credit

Unfortunately, the next cycle may be the last opportunity to take advantage of this credit. According to the official issuer site, the Dell credit is currently valid through June 30, 2025. While no official announcement has been made regarding its discontinuation, it’s always a good idea to maximize these offers while they’re still available.

What’s Next?

I debated between the Amazon Echo Show 10 and the Google Nest Hub Max, which retails for $229.99. While I decided on the Echo this time, I might revisit the Nest Hub in January during the next semi-annual credit cycle—or wait for another great stacking opportunity.
